Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product within our return policies. You have the right to open the package and check the items but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, labels etc. If you return your order later than 14 days after receiving it, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.

- When our quality check room notes that the item is worn, there is no possibility for a refund.
- Return fees are for the customer
- From Germany it's important to send your return with the company Hermes to avoid a non-delivery error.

Please fill out the form in full so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. If we have received your refund in good condition you will receive the refund within 5 working days on your originally chosen payment method.
